We’re all for social awareness-raising, promoting healthy lifestyles and supporting local events and the community. Here at Citres we’ve stepped up and developed a Corporate Social Responsibility Policy to improve our operations, as well as the community and the environment we live and work in.
COMPANY VISITS:
Education is the foundation of a better future. So we don’t just talk about what we do. We open the doors of the Citres factory to primary and lower-secondary school pupils, so we can show them how we can all make a difference. Want to learn something new? SOCIAL PROJECTS:
We take care of those in need, without making a song and dance about it. With the Bambini delle Fate and Più di un Sogno Foundation projects, Citres plays its part and organises activities that allow young people with disabilities and high school students to share educational and social experiences, to foster inclusion and be an active part of change.
TEAM BUILDING AND FAMILY DAY:
We are who we are thanks to our family. This is why we organise team-building activities here at Citres, to boost the professional and personal growth of our employees, pursuing shared objectives and seeking to develop individual talent. Every year, we organise a Family Day, an event that allows the families of our employees to find out more about the company, with a view to strengthening the bond between colleagues and their families.
SPORTS SPONSORSHIP:
We support youth sport, because we believe in children and young people who grow up with discipline and passion, taking part in projects with a group spirit and focused on teamwork, which are essential for the social and cultural well-being of the adults of tomorrow. We do this by sponsoring the youth sector of the Oppeano Calcio and Raldon Calcio amateur football clubs, and the Polisportiva Oppeano basketball team.
