What do we do for the people who work with us?

We have a total of 58 employees, working in different production departments: the raw materials sector, the production, packing and logistics departments, the quality control laboratory, the marketing and procurement offices.

The new production plant inaugurated in 2007 in Bovolone has enabled us to create new jobs and new opportunities for growth.

The responsibility of each organization is to intercept the value of people making it flow into a shared goal. Individual performance evaluation is essential, an essential management process to ensure orientation, feedback and fairness in the direction of growth and development of human resources. Introducing or innovating the performance evaluation system means promoting change, it means directing people towards objectives, laying the foundations for the determination of a mission and vision. It means recognizing merit on an objective basis, making decisions on a factual basis.

FAMILY DAY

In 2012, we organized the first Company Family Day, a successful event that enabled the families of our employees to explore the Citres world from the inside.

They could see where Mom or Dad work, meet other families and make new friends.

Since then, it’s become an essential appointment for everyone.
