SPICY PEPPERS WITH TUNA
Our Spicy peppers stuffed with tuna and capers are a real delicacy! They are delicious and at the same time very refined: eat them in one bite, and you will instantly fall in love with their exquisite spicy and creamy taste. We are usually used to seeing peppers in their classic conical shape, slightly elongated and with the typical bright red color. Calabria, however, is lucky to have a particular quality of chili pepper: a rounder one with a slightly lighter color, it's from the hot chili pepper family, but it's definitely less spicy than other varieties! For this reason, it is used to create a traditional tasty recipe, becoming a key element during an Apéritif or a fancy dinner.
