Cerignola Olive is one of the biggest Olives in the world, and it grows only in Puglia where fertile soil, minerals, the sun, and the wind allow an exceptional growth of this fruit. They have an oval shape and exquisite flavour. Ideal to season a typical Italian salad, to enrich various recipes with taste and quality and they're also a perfect finger food during apéritifs.
